What is the purpose of the Parent form? FUNdraisers enter prices in the Parent form for parents and families, send the form home with the children, then retrieve them to send to juice box art™.

Art Work
What type art can juice box art™ accept? We can accept most all types of flat art: Finger paint, watercolor, oil on canvas, and digital (jpg, psd, pdf, png, etc). Some large art and most 3-D art is best sent as a digital photo image (see next FAQ).
Can juice box art™ accept digital camera images of art work? Yes, camera digital images can be emailed as an attachment, given certain guidelines. It is best to take the picture using enough ambient white light so the camera flash can be turned off to prevent glare on the art work. It is also best to use a camera of more than 4 Megapixels so the image resolution is at least 300 pxi. Note: Cell phone cameras do not provide enough resolution. Ambient light and cameras can distort the art work colors, so please include in the body of the email the dimensions of the art work, the color of the background, and the colors of the major foreground components. Examples: 12"W x 9"H, white background, fire truck-red balloon, greenish-yellow frog, etc.
What size art can juice box art™ accept? The optimum size for our scanner is 9" x 12" or smaller. Art work may need to be reduced to fit the size of a product; for example, a note card vs. a T-shirt. However, we can accept sizes up to 14" x 16" - larger works will need to be scanned and reduced to fit the size of the product. Reduction may cause a loss of detail.
What about a border around the art? Some art works look great with a border. Unless specifically mentioned in the description of our products, it is recommended that the artist add the type of border desired.
What about an artist signature or message? For the signature to match the type of art work and retain the style of the artist, it is recommended that the artist add the signature or message that is desired.
Shipping
When will the products be shipped? Products will be shipped usually within 2-3 weeks after receipt of forms, art work and check.
Terms and Conditions
Guarantee. juice box art™ juice box art™ guarantees our work and will reproduce the exact art you send. We do not proof, alter or change any art.
Returns. juice box art™ stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact jmmonroe@juiceboxart.com within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will authorize the return, reprint the item and have the product delivered to you.
Privacy Policy and the Information You Send To Us. Any information you choose to provide us with, Personal Information, such as by sending us an e-mail or by filling out a form with your Personal Information and submitting it to us is held private and used exclusively by juice box art™ for the sole purpose of processing your order. juice box art™ does not sell, share or distribute such information.
Products. In an effort to be e-conscious and offer the best possible products juice box art™ may from time to time add, delete or change some or all of the products we offer.
Web site accuracy. While juice box art™ makes every effort for our web site to be complete, accurate and up to date, there are occasions where typos, ommissions, misspellings and incorrect images will occur. Please contact jmmonroe@juiceboxart.com to report any of these instances and include the page name, paragraph and text or item that is in error.
